Wombats continued a solid build up to this years Asian Championships with a good win away from home against Jakarta on the weekend.

Training is in full flight for Asian Champs with Mondays and Thursdays at 7.30 at the Australian School and Saturdays 4pm at Turf City.

26th July - Wombats def Jakarta Bintangs 19-13- 127 to 11-12 - 78 in Jakarta.

14th June 08 Singapore Wombats Win Bill Nikolopolous Cup for the first time! The second match was a close and hard fought afair ending with the wombats winning by just 2 points to wrap up the series 2-0 with a total 35 point aggregate win.

7th June Wombats finish 3rd from a field of 10 teams in Bali Masters 9s 2008.

31st May Wombats defeated Hanoi Swans in Hanoi 76-35.

10th May 08 Singapore Wombats defeated Singapore Gaelic Lions by 33pts in Bill Niko Cup Match 1

26th April 08 Wombats (14 - 14 - 98) defeated Malaysian Warriors (5 - 7 - 37) at Turf City, Singapore
